Picasso melon tastes like a mix of honeydew and pear. I used Dana Cree’s Philadelphia base and subbed the whole milk for reduced puréed Picasso melon. It did end up on the sweeter side so next time I might add a little lemon or lime juice to balance it out. Other than that I really enjoyed the flavor.
