Vegetarian stroganoff soup

    Recipe base packet meal using 1.5 litre. High for an hour, then switched to warm.

    400g orange kumara

    McCormick Stroganoff 40g sachet

    3tsp tarragon, 3tsp basil, 3tsp parsley

    2 cups of boiled water

    The following was added near the end of the hour –

    ½ can lentils washed

    ½ can creamed corn

    2 eggs scrambled cut into strips

    Served with sour dough. The last bowl (pictured) is the leftovers which I straight away repurposed with the two ½ cans back into the cleaned slow cooker, to have later on. This ended up more of a “mince” consistency. Possibly I’ll add milk and / or sweet chilli sauce just to keep it moving / different. Maybe shredded cheese to boot!
