I had this dish in Ho Chi Minh and I have been searching for years for Bun Bo Hue back home here. I’m going here for sure. I will say the Bun Bo Hue in vietnam i had i don’t remember there being onions. Not that i can remember at least. They serve is with lime too for you to drain into it there. It’s unbelievable and I miss it.

When I was in Vietnam years ago, believe it or not Bun Bo Hue was pretty hard find in places that I went to Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Saigon and I was searching for it.
I almost want to go to Hue just to have it from the motherland.
