Salmon & lamb + canned gumbo

    3 ingredients –

    Whitlock Gumbo 420g

    Sealord Salmon 85g

    Lamb leg steak 100g grilled then diced finely into a mince like texture

    All 3 ingredients stirred in slow cooker..

    Set to high for 60 minutes (1.5 litre Slow Cooker)

    Served with sour dough toast and edam cheese.
