Great post! Scott is about as sane and balanced of a source on pizza in this city as you could imagine. Absolute GOAT in the NY pizza scene.

I assumed it was rage bait journalism, but at the same time, it’s frustrating that NYC spends time on this sort of legislation to begin with. Crafting up this kinda thing takes time, staff, money, lawyers, public hearings. It’s a ton of resources to do…what? This legislation won’t even make a .001% dent in NYCs emissions, let alone global emissions. All it does is pushes up the costs on small businesses, who have to pass the cost onto consumers, most of who are middle and lower class and just looking for a cheap slice of pizza for dinner.
