Todays smoke is Beef Dino Ribs on the Traeger.
Dry rubbed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let sit in fridge over night.
Take out in am and let warm up a bit. Fire up the Traeger to 250 deg. Place ribs brown down. Smoke until 190 degrees then wrap. I add butter and bourbon into the wrap. Place back on smoker until 200-210 or until it probes like butter. Remove and place in cooler and rest until I serve. (Rest approx 1-2 hrs)
