    If you’re eagle-eyed, then you’ll notice I only met half my protein goal. This is not how I want to eat every day, but I thought it was interesting!

    My favorite daily breakfast is avocado toast.

    Work friend brought brownies in. I ate half of one to be polite (it was *ok*) and weighed it on the postal scale lol.

    I always get my hungriest at lunch/after lunch, so I popped a bag of popcorn after the “meal” and managed to not compulsively eat the whole bag by keeping it in the other room and filling a bowl (twice).

    The pea salad is just an estimation that I’m not going to worry too hard over the accuracy of. A family member made it, so I just found a similar food in the database. I weighed my portion.

    I entered [Budget Bytes One Pot Shrimp thing](https://www.budgetbytes.com/one-pot-creamy-pesto-chicken-pasta/) as a custom recipe and totaled the weight of ingredients, weighed out my portions for lunch and dinner.
