My first espresso machine was something like that, but Black and Decker with a Cuisinart Grinder. Didn’t have a scale back then

Those Amazon scales. They’re still my backup ones as they’re so consistently good. They’re just a little long for my drip tray. Good looking setup though! What kind of beans are you buying? Light or dark?
