Sometimes I end up with extra flour tortillas after making burritos or taquitos and what not so I throw them in the freezer. This is a great way to use up the extras and it makes a nice hearty chip. I can’t wait to try these with 7 layer dip!

Any particular reason you chose flour over corn tortillas?

Ingredients
1 package 6 inch flour tortillas
4 tbspns oil of your choice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Mix oil and seasoning, honestly, add what you like, the possibilities are endless.
Brush each tortilla front and back, lightly with oil and seasoning mixture, stack them as you go, make 2 stacks of 10 each.
Cut each stack into 8ths
Place each triangle on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Let them cool before storing in an airtight container.
