    The dough looks weird to me. Like it’s sourdough or something. The bubbles look too small and the crumb looks dry.

    However, dill & cucumber cream cheese is basically thick creamy raita and (in a smaller portion) sounds really good.

    Looks quality but a bit too much cream cheese. I could probably make due with half that amount. In my experiences with lox, I didn’t like the real deal stuff, only the lox spread cream cheese but this could make me a believer because it looks so much more done up than the Lox bagels I’ve had.

    My perfect bagel in life is that but without the salmon. One day a few years ago I asked one of the workers what their favorite cream cheese was and he said “cucumber and dill, trust me” it’s been my go to ever since.

    Is the appeal of Tompkins Square Bagels all the sandwiches they make? From a bagel persepctive, I dont find them as good as other places in the area.
