Doubles from A&A in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. All the sauces please. No need to comment that Queens has it better, this is next door to me so support your local Trini spot. $6 for 3

I wish their rotis were spicier and they had a boneless option. First roti I’ve had in NYC and wasn’t into it. Any suggestions where I should try?

that’s what i tell people when they ask what the best chopped cheese is. The one that’s closest to you. They either make it good or they don’t (or if you’re downtown they overcharge you or they don’t).

This is on my bucket list. I think people tend to recommend Queens due to the Guyanese population? I know doubles are more of a Trini thing but I think Sybil’s does them too. I feel like people who eat Caribbean food in the West Indian sense, just think Jamaican.

At first I thought it was a wet sandwich and the bread literally went soupy but then i realize what it was and shit it’s stuffed
