    Recipe (in a 1.5l slow cooker) :

    150g scotch fillet stirred in olive oil

    Sauce / mix –

    2/5 cup teriyaki sauce + 1/5 cup tomayo sauce

    3 cloves garlic

    3tsp sesame seed, 3tsp sage, 3tsp caraway seed

    3 stems spring onion diced fine

    3 white button mushrooms quartered

    ½ can washed chickpeas

    Sprinkle ground peppercorns

    Top layer –

    250g beer beer batter chips

    100g grated edam cheese

    3tsp onion powder, 3tsp fenugreek leaves, 3 tsp nigella

    Sweet chilli sauce, squeeze of lemon, olive oil around the edge

    90 minutes on high
