Today I wanted to cook dinner at home and try my korean cooking skills on something I never done before but love to eat, agujjim 아구찜 so I boight a whole monkfish that they carved up for me. Not sure how many kg it was but it was plenty!
Always thought making this dish would be difficult but easier than expected.
Also made a side of clam soup 😊
