Dai Bi Chay (mentioned briefly) is one of our favourite vietnamese vegetarian spots in the GTA. Their Banh Mis – you wouldn’t even think they’re vegetarian, and beat out a lot of the meaty banh mis around town handily. (Tinh Tam Trai’s banh mis are also very good). Saigon Lotus isn’t even worth a mention in the same sentence as those two.
