I’ve just came back from Seoul and had this gopchang twice and really miss its taste. I hope to make it at home but don’t really know where to start. For context, I ate this at a Pocha and loved it so much I ate it twice.

    By the look of it, gopchang/carrot/green onion/sesame seeds/onions were used. Stir-fried, probably based on chilli powder(gochugaru) and gochujang probably with garlic. If you remember any particular taste/flavour/smell, that might help.
