I am obsessed with the sandwiches from All’Antico Vinaio and would like to try making them at home. I was able to find this video explaining a lot of the ingredients from it. All I can gather on the truffle cream sauce is that it uses porcini mushrooms, and truffle, and is blended. Does anyone know how I would approach making this?
Bonus points if you have any thoughts on the Pecorino sauce as well.
