

Pa kimchi!
Mage with homegrown onion greens. Kimchi paste, fish sauce, garlic, ginger.
I soaked the onion greens in fish sauce for an hour to soften them up. After that I pulled out the onions leaving the fish sauce and then mixed in the gochujang, carrots, ginger, garlic and let that sit for 30 minutes.
I then added the onions back and covered them with the sauce.
Let’s hope it’s good!
