So I fast one day a week and meal prep for the other four. This is my main meal on those days paired with several smaller snacks to meet macros (info for this meal provided by my Cronometer app)

1 450 calorie bowl: .2lb plain steamed wild salmon, .25 lightly seasoned 2% fat ground turkey breast, 70g chopped sweet potatoes, 75g broccoli, 85g steamed kale

This is mixed with 1/3 cup of plain brown rice then lightly sprinkled with ground tumeric, paprika, garlic salt, and cilantro.
