Made these numerous times, made them last night. They slap and are so easy. That said, dice them onions finer, mayne. I fucking love me some onions, and probably put triple what you got there. A fine dice is the play, swear they taste better nice and fine.
I am sure there is some science behind why, maybe /u/J_Kenji_Lopez_Alt can explain that shit.
