This recipe is very simple, I’m using honeydew boba tea powder made with real melon for the flavour. It’s light and refreshing for summer!
They sell bubble tea powder at the local Asian market here. These are the two that I’ve used:

The calories come from the tea powder and the protein powder, you can use a full scoop of protein powder if you want! You could also make it using fresh honeydew chunks and a full scoop of protein powder as well!
**Honeydew Melon Ice Cream**
* (15g) vanilla protein powder
* 1/2tsp (~1.25g) xanthan gum
* 0 calorie equivalent of 2 tsp sugar (I recommend Sugar Twin/saccharin or erythritol)
* One serving of honeydew bubble tea mix (25-30g)
* Water (about 350 ml)
**Blender Instructions**
1. Mix the bubble tea powder with 75ml warm water until dissolved.
2. Add 275ml water, and the remaining ingredients
3. Blend for a few seconds.
**No Blender**
1. Mix the bubble tea powder with 75ml warm water until dissolved.
2. Add the other powdered ingredients.
3. Add the remaining water in 2-3 additions until you reach just under the fill line. Whisk/Mix until there are no lumps before adding more water.
**Processing Instructions**
Use the Lite Ice Cream setting and respin 2-3 times or until it no longer looks powdery.

Every time I see a ninja creami recipe I wanna curse y’all out. Not because the it looks bad but because I cannot buy the model cremi I want because they are sold out 🥲. I’m jealous 😂😂😂
Oooo this sounds fantastic. I’ve been waiting for Boba Tea Protein Powder to restock their honeydew flavor because that sounds perfect for the Creami, but I might decide not to wait and do this instead!
