The folks over at r/burgers can’t seem to agree if this is a burger or sandwich, but thought you all might enjoy it anyway.
Double chicken smash with cheddar, fresno peppers, crispy onion strings, pickle, lettuce, tomato and sauce on a brioche bun.

How did the patties turn out? I’ve wanted to try this with ground turkey, but I always figured that poultry would dry out.
We actually don’t care what it is, as long as it looks damn good and this sure does.
