Barbecue Beans, Potato Salad and Pickled Onions

    Served with beef belly burnt ends. Instead of baking the beans I smoked them on the lower rack, so they caught the drippings from the beef belly. Comments complained about the beans being too sweet so I cut all the sweeteners (ketchup, brown sugar, honey and molasses) in half which turned out to be a good change. They were plenty sweet enough.
