    So when are you opening your pop-up shop? I’ve never had deep dish pizza, look forward to trying it out.

    Is the crust more similar to a foccaccia, which is what it looks like? I love that it’s got a more aerated crumb compared to many pizzas I’ve had here in Toronto. How do you get that crumb?
