This was exactly what I was hoping for. All of these super easy parts that just come together and make something complex and amazing! It would have been super easy to just stop at what was basically the garlic bread stage. That would have been some dang good garlic bread! But I continued on and ended up with a great little pizza.
I don’t think there’s anything I’d do differently. I might lower the oven temp by 25 degrees to see how that goes since I don’t like things super duper crispy, but no adjustments from me other than that!
