Also featuring my attempt at sweet potato fries(cut, water soak one hr, transfer on parchment paper to preheated pan at 450F for 40 mins) only half were crispy.

Best salmon of my life. Crispy skin and flaky soft melty inside. It was cooked on a stainless steel pan on the grill outside for less oil mess. Thanks Kenji 👏
