Birdie’s has three specials this summer. Three weeks, one special guest chef per week with a unique menu. This week is Thai, next week is Korean and the final week is French and then Birdie’s will close for a week or two for the summer.
Was looking forward to their pop up week. Fixed price menu all week and was really good, especially being a bit different than the Thai fare we normally have here in Austin.
Favorite with me and my associates was the Nam Khao with the Laap and sausage a close second.
I probably won’t be able to make next week’s Korean popup but hope to make the third and final one before they close for their break.

Agreed. I’d put the sausage up there with the Nam Khao but everything was very good across the board.

We went on Thursday – food was awesome, couldn’t have enjoyed the food and experience more but the price tag is outrageous. Added on one $14 item and food alone was over $200
