Really easy late dinner. I eat a variation of this so often, especially when I’ve had a big lunch, because the tempura battered cod is soooo good and the whole plate is less than 400kcals ☺️

Also really tasty meal if you add some boiled potatoes!

* Tempura battered cod (bought it frozen and just had to pop it into the air fryer for 25m)
* Fried the baby button mushrooms with a bit of rosemary & onion seasoning and they came out really delicious (and so low on calories)
* A huge heaping of lettuce, a couple of red pepper slices, with Caesar dressing
