God I wish restaurants understood the proper meat to gravy ratio like this. Most of the time I order something with sausage gravy it’s only like 1% sausage…

Not enough gravy on those biscuits. What you want is sausage gravy with a biscuit garnish.

I’d tear that up, literally–tear up the biscuits before adding the gravy, to get a better contact ratio between them. Split the biscuits at least! Looks great.

The ratio of looks to taste is an inverse relationship when it comes to biscuits and gravy. The worse they look, the better they taste!
