When I lived in Washington state they had teriyaki joints all over, and this one place called Chungs had Hong Kong noodles that were fantastic. Think Lo Mein with egg noodles, grilled meat, stir fried veggies, and a teriyaki soy sauce.
Know anything along those lines?
