A bit of an international update for you. (Was too hungry to take a better picture but here it
is)
Chicken Breast with Thyme Marinade on Vegetable and Lentils. I’m in the French speaking part of Switzerland and found that a lot of recipes were more tailored to German tastes and were always very potato heavy so am glad I found a couple of recipes not too carb focused.
Overall way more delicious than expected and very pleased with myself for managing to put this together – was convinced that the chicken kept on being pink so ended up overcooking it slightly.
