🥶 5°c this morning. The local supermarket had some simply wonderful vegetables to get my mind going. Really just an ensemble of healthy ingredients to make a winter warmer.
Recipe –
½ onion chopped finely
8 Swiss brown mushrooms (aged / on special) cut into very small pieces
1 potato into cubes
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 cups boiled water
5tsp sesame, 3tsp vege seasoning, 3tsp basil, 2tsp fenugreek leaves, 2tsp sage. At this stage that’s first photo.
1 packet chicken gravy powder added. Second photo.
After 90 minutes on high added 4 large stems of fresh parsley cut very fine. 3rd photo. Left to warm.
Last 2 photos at serve. With chopped cashews, grilled crumbed fish and sliced Brie.
