I’ve been eating these like crazy, they’re soooo good. But tonight I realized that 4oz of plain cooked chicken breast is around 160cal. How can the chicken plus breading and egg and oil end up with still only 160cal?

I’ve been eating like 9oz of these for dinner and am starting to think it’s too good to be true 🥲 what do y’all think??
