Tried Ghost Sando and loved it: Dutch crunch roll (the best sandwich bread imho) and they sauce up their sandos.

    Looks tasty

Also, are we just gonna call any old sandwich a ‘sando’ now? Because that’s usually a Japanese style sandwich. And this does not at all look like I’d expect if I ordered a sando

I also had it for the first time today. Got the Nikki Italian sandwich from GCM. Pretty damn good, I gotta say. For $16 it’d better be. Will have again for sure.

  3. I got their italian sub and determined that I don’t like dutch crunch bread.

Stop using sando for a typical sandwich – You are not Japanese and neither is this sandwich.

Sandwich is also too long of a word for me to type out.

looks great. sure do hate the word sando though.

Nah – I think the place is whack, but there are “what an awesome ghost sando!!!” posts every week or so. So either I have bad taste or ghost sando has Pijja Palace’s PR.

i didn’t know the word “sando” would set so many ppl off. i really have no opinion on the word and it’s what the business chose as a name… *shrug*

I’ve ordered twice and found both times to be so underwhelming and flavorless. Also *their* dutch crunch bread sucks; it’s soggy and the top had no “crunch”

I thought it was worth trying if in the area but not worth driving across town for.

Their bread is in fact excellent and unique. I wish their cold sandwich menu was a lot larger than their hot sandwich menu though.
