    One of those looks like Har gow with shrimp and chives, which is amazing.

    Hakaw and steamed pork spare ribs with black bean sauce.

    I like rice rolls or chang fen 肠粉. The ones with BBQ pork or cha shao 叉烧 are my favorite.
