Edit: The first one is obscure to me, but imo, it could be bibim naengmyeon. It definitely includes samgyupsal, which I’ve never seen in bibim naengmyeon before.

I agree with the other commenter that it’s Bibim naengmyun. Like they said, you don’t usually see samgyupsal served on top, but it’s common to grill meats alongside naengmyun.
