I love this 🙂 Just goes to show how even regular cooks can have weaker areas (and also makes me feel better because despite being pretty good at cooking, my rolling skills are questionable at best).
These actually look quite good, though. How about the darker ones – just done well enough to still taste good?

You gave it a good shot and came out with something tasty. Give it another few tries. Can’t expect to nail it on the first shot. I’d eat them
