Recipe:
2 to 3 cups of chopped rhubarb
1 to 2 cups mixed fruit (raspberry, strawberry, blueberries)
1 cup sugar (two if you like it sweet)
2 tablespoon cinnamon

Combine ingredients and cook on low for 5 hours. Remove lid and mash with potato masher. Stir. Cook uncovered for 1-2 hours to get rid of excess moisture. Great over vanilla ice cream or toast.

    Looks amazing! Do you actually can them properly or just stick em in the fridge? And if it’s the latter how long do they keep? (I am probably too lazy to sterilize…)
