
This week, I made a super easy Braised Kimchi Pork Hock dish. I only used 6 ingredients. I ended up cooking it for 1 hour. This was perfect for my mom, as she liked the crunch, but would actually braise it for 1 hour and 30 minutes in future as I like my pork a little more soft! Hope you try it!

I’m assuming this is the same concept as 족발 right? So if we want it softer for like lettuce wraps we can just cook it longer?
