I’m trying to make some Ganjang-Gejang with this frozen crab I bought from H-mart. Is it safe to eat raw or I should source the crab from somewhere else?

I think the rule for seafood is 72 hrs deep freeze and anything **should** be safe. So if it was caught and flash frozen it is very likely safe.

I’ve used this brand before, I was fine! Just thaw and examine the crab pieces as you prep them, if something looks odd, throw it out!
