I always use mustard, never Mayo, and while I’m fine with lettuce on a BLT probably 99.9% of the time I skip it. Just give me thick cut bacon, red onion, avocado, and mustard for my traditional blt. I also only have them when tomatoes are in season and live a nice beef steak warm off the vine
