In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Trim the chicken drumsticks by cutting off the knuckle end of the bone.
Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken lollipops.
Place the chicken lollipops on a smoker rack and smoke for 2-2.5 hours, use your meat thermometer to check the internal temperature reaches 165℉, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy. Enjoy!

– 12 chicken drumsticks
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
