Sometimes you need to improvise (even though you shouldn’t have to). Still very tasty!
Mushy small cucumber and dirty/old scallions. I ended up pickling some mini sweet peppers I had and harvesting chives from the garden. Overall this turned out well despite the disappointments in produce.
