First time making English Muffins. Is there an easy way to knowing it’s done all the way through?by Randoman98 5 Comments rescuedogsdad 2 years ago Any chance the recipe recommends an internal temperature? I got LOTS better when I pivoted away from time and towards temperature Any_Comb2360 2 years ago A few options here – you could do a tester, I find that low & slow until they crisp/brown on the top and bottom and lose the translucency on the sidesAlternatively when in doubt, you can always temp them – I get a meat thermometer and it should be around 190F Vanta_Black422 2 years ago Temp it with a thermometer. It should be between 190F – 210F. lemonyzest757 2 years ago Use a toothpick to check whether the dough is cooked through.
