* Leftover rice (about two servings) * Half an onion, chopped * 2 tbs oyster sauce * 2 ts low sodium soy sauce * Couple handfulls frozen peas * 1 scallion, sliced * 150 g beef (I used entrecote) * 6 shrimps * Handfull cilanto, roghly chopped * Chili(oprional), sliced * salt and pepper * oil
Method
1. Heat three tbs oil in a pan on high heat. Ad the onion and fry on high heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes brown on the edges. 2. Turn the heat down to medium and ad the rice. Stir and combine the rice with the onion and and oil a minute or two. 3. Ad Soy sauce, oyster sauce and a pinch of pepper. Mix another minute. 4. Ad the frozen peas and scallions to the rice. Mix to combine for a minute. 5. Leav the fried rice of the heat while cooking the protein. 6. Season your steaks and cook in a hot pan to your preferred doneness. 7. Cook the shrimps in the same hot pan, only for about two minutes each side. 8. Serve the rice with the steak and shrimp. More scallions. Some fresh chili slices and cilantro. 9. Enjoy!
