wtf, I’ve never had a Soba dish, but is this even supposed to be cold?

I’m actually rating this. Cold soba are delicious but they’re often served with ice cubes which melt pretty quickly, and it dilutes the dipping sauce (on the right). That chunk of ice would stay frozen long enough to finish the noodles, so no diluted sauce.
