Only thing not pictured is around 200kcal worth of baguette and homemade Pesto, because I was snacking while cooking and didn’t grab a picture 😄

From top right to bottom left:
* Iced oat milk latte with caramel syrup
* Two baguette halves topped with egg/tuna salad, some lettuce 🥬 tomatoes 🍅 and sprouts
* 6 of these choccy covered pretzels and a banana
* Some low cal drink a friend recommended
* For dinner it was mashed potato/cauliflower/broccoli with baby button mushrooms 🍄, lettuce with some caesar dressing and two fried eggs 🍳
* Mango passionfruit yoghurt mixed with some peanut butter drizzle

I probably should’ve eaten more protein again today, but I was trying to prioritise larger volume (dinner) with the calories I had left 🥲

    Your iced latte is so picturesque!! Looks like the ones people (myself included lol) pay $8 for at a cafe
