Can anyone tell me what this is? It’s bean sprouts in a creamy and tangy but slightly sweet white sauce. It taste like it might have mayonnaise? I have tried looking it up online but all the recipes I found didn’t contain this sauce. It was so good, but at the restaurant I tried it, they don’t let you buy sides. Thanks everyone.

I don’t think they’re bean sprouts (don’t remember exactly what it is, but my head is telling me it’s some kinda seaweed) but it’s definitely mayo on it

Mayo, sugar, sesame oil I think is what I used as a dressing. I can’t remember if I added a little bit of vinegar/mirin. But add some cucumbers and shredded crab and it’s amazing
