What’s a North Carolina Reaper as apposed to a Carolina reaper? Bred to be a little more cold hardy or something?

Those huge leaves make me think they’re not getting enough sun. That wilting one needs water, now.
And where are you? Those are about the size of my plant’s in April/May. If you’re in a place that gets cool (let alone freezing) you might not have time to get pods off of them (assuming Northern Hemisphere)
