Poured my last glass of Keep It Chill 2021 (kept in fridge at 34F for 8 months) and these little grainy dudes were left in the bottle. Break apart easily with fingers. Can I still drink it?

Tartrates. Harmless, just not very tasty and so best left in the bottom of the bottle.
Cue the ACKTUALLY person who always says some stupid shit about how the winemaker should have cold stabilized the wine.
