Our dishwasher at the bar/restaurant I manage will make them in the back sometimes. The other day she made fresh tortillas with our rendered bacon fat. She made cucumber, lime, mint agua fresca a few weeks ago.

i had these fresh at sherwood forest and my mind was blown. ive always loved them and have had fresh cracklin in louisiana but never fresh pork rinds. gonna need to check these out

They look good, but I prefer the ones with the fat/meat attached that you get when you order them in Denver. Kind of like Cajun cracklins. Both kinds are better than the floppy kind you usually get around here.
